Tiny homes for modern living
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
As cities across the country are looking to add density and affordability, accessory dwelling units, or ADUs, are a great solution. These tiny homes are often added as an attachment to existing houses, above a garage, or basements adopted with separate entrances. Then, homeowners have either additional rental income of more flexible living options for extended family members.
At Module, we have designed and built several state-of-the art ADUs. Using the power of off-site construction, these can be added to existing new construction projects or a new foundation can be added to and existing home. Our one and two story models are cozy: averaging 800 sq feet or less, but nevertheless provide functional, energy-efficient living space that’s designed to meet the needs of today’s housing stock.
