New affordable, mixed-income, and workforce housing.
Now entering its second phase, MDDP II is designed to support mission-aligned developers who are ready to build modular housing across the Mid-Atlantic and Appalachian regions.
Module Announces Second Cohort, Featuring Six Community‑Rooted Housing Developers

Includes in-kind technical support services from Module’s team, along with up to $5,000 for additional project expenses.

Trainings will focus on financing modular construction, modular design, and what to expect as the general contractor.
Stipends are available for attendance. Participate in one, two, or all three.

As part of Module's Mission-Driven Developer Program, we invited developers, lenders, general contractors, and housing partners who want to accelerate the delivery of affordable, mixed-income, and workforce housing through modular construction to join us for a 2-day event in Durham, NC.
