Build

Module Build is the company’s construction services arm. Module Build is a licensed general contractor in Pennsylvania and can perform all necessary site-work and on-site finishes associated with the construction of a modular home within Pennsylvania.

The MODULE Building System, “MBS,” is more energy efficient, faster to build, with a lower lifecycle cost compared to conventional construction. Module’s product is designed to the Department of Energy (DOE) Zero Energy Ready Home Standard, saving occupants utility and maintenance costs.

Module has created practical resources to help developers, designers, and builders succeed with offsite construction.

From playbooks that walk through each phase of the process, to in-person trainings that bring our partners together on-site, our goal is to reduce scope confusion, improve collaboration, and make modular more accessible.
