Building the Future of Housing, Together

Module knows that delivering more housing takes a strong ecosystem of designers, builders, manufacturers, developers, and housing organizations. As we bring modular housing to new communities, we’re looking to build relationships with experienced local partners who understand their markets and want to explore new ways of delivering housing.

Whether you’re interested in working with Module on a project, bringing modular construction to your market, or simply learning more about what we do, we’d love to connect.

Design Partners

Expanding Access to Thoughtful Design

Our Design Partner network helps Module deliver projects with a focus on the local community. We work with architects and design professionals who bring knowledge of local codes, permitting requirements, and construction practices while Module brings expertise in designing for offsite manufacturing.

Through training and collaboration with our team, Design Partners learn Module’s approach to modular design and help adapt our housing products and projects to the communities where they’re being built.

Construction Partners

Transforming Construction with Innovative Building Solutions

A modular project doesn’t end when it leaves the factory. Successful delivery depends on experienced local contractors who can prepare the site, set and connect the modules, and complete the work in the field.

Module works with general contractors and construction professionals interested in modular construction. We help partners navigate what’s different about modular, from clearly defining scopes of work to sharing developer and construction playbooks. Our goal is to make modular easier to execute, reduce uncertainty, and give local contractors the tools to deliver successful projects.
