Multifamily Housing
Flexible enough for the full spectrum and every income

We design, manufacture, and build knowing that there is a shortage of housing in our backyard and across the country. That requires denser development that’s an easy “yes” for the whole neighborhood.
Whether you’re adding infill town homes (duplex, triplex, even 6-plex) or apartment-style multifamily, Module has an answer. Yes, even multifamily housing can be built using volumetric, off-site construction methods. Traditionally, contractors are building 100 unit multifamily towers that over-saturate our communities; we believe modular construction can be the perfect solution for more incremental dense development. “Missing Middle” refers to rowhomes, detached and stacked two-to-four unit apartments, or smaller apartment buildings. Renter or owner-driven, this housing typology is rarely explored in new construction markets but overwhelmingly supported at the community level.
