Cleveland

Module partnered with Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity to deliver its first home in Ohio, demonstrating how offsite construction can help nonprofit developers expand access to affordable homeownership. At approximately 1,236 square feet, the three-bedroom, two-bath home offers an efficient layout that supports accessible, everyday living while maintaining the quality, durability, and energy performance of a traditionally built home.

Designed as an active one-story home, The Clevelander is an ideal solution for clients seeking ranch-style modular housing. The 28'-10" × 45' floor plan prioritizes ease of movement, functional living spaces, and long-term livability, making it well suited for homeowners looking to age in place or those who simply prefer single-level living. The project reflects Module's commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed homes that are efficient to build, comfortable to live in, and adaptable to communities across the country.

Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating affordable homeownership opportunities throughout Cuyahoga County. By partnering with families, volunteers, and community organizations, Habitat helps build safe, stable housing while strengthening neighborhoods and expanding pathways to long-term homeownership.
