Production Manager
Oversee daily operations of our modular home factory, The Last Mile Facility, in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include managing production schedules and budgets and driving efficiency improvements. Lead and motivate the factory workforce while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production management, excellent leadership skills, a keen eye on material cost and control, and a strong commitment to quality and innovation.

Site Superintendent
Oversee day-to-day activities on our construction sites. Responsible for evaluating subcontractors' work and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to Module's quality standards. Create project reports that keep the team informed of progress and potential delays. This role requires someone comfortable providing direction and feedback to subcontractors in the field. Success in this position hinges on their ability to implement quality, health, and safety standards on-site effectively.

Project Architect
Assist in designing and developing eco-friendly modular homes, contributing to all phases of the architectural process. Work closely with the Director of Architecture and VP of Product, helping to create detailed drawings. Responsibilities include aiding pre-construction efforts for various projects, drafting site plans, creating permit drawings, developing construction documents, and analyzing zoning ordinances. Additionally, they will support construction administration, including progress and quality assessment reports.
