Leed Gold, Missing Middle Multi-Family Housing

Making an Impact in Pittsburgh at Hazelwood Green

30 Units | Pittsburgh

Hazelwood Green is situated on 178 acres along the Monongahela River adjacent to the Hot Metal Bridge in Pittsburgh’s Greater Hazelwood neighborhood. Hazelwood Green is rebuilding Pittsburgh’s riverfront as a beacon of innovation, creativity, and wellbeing and will soon boast 600 - 1,000 new jobs. Where there are jobs, there needs to be housing!

Our 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, solid surface countertops, and private upper-floor balconies.

Project Update: We’re currently going through the permitting and entitlement process with an expectation to start construction in 2026.
