Announcing the selected Developers for the 2025-2026 Mission‑Driven Developer Program (MDDP).
This year’s cohort is comprised of six developers from five states. Each organization is driven by a bold mission to advance housing equity, deliver quality homes, and revitalize under‑invested communities. In a housing environment where costs are rising, timelines are stretched, and quality affordable housing remains scarce, Module’s MDDP II is built to accelerate impact.
“We reviewed a wide range of high-quality applications this year. The developers who rose to the top were the teams that showed a level of clarity, community commitment, and real momentum. They’re rebuilding trust, creating opportunity, and investing in their neighborhoods in ways that truly matter. Their work is transformative, and we’re motivated to stand beside them as they bring more high-quality, attainable homes to the communities they care about.” - Marquis Cofer, COO, Module

Within the first year of the Mission-Driven Developer Program, Module provided modular training to over 100 industry professionals including developers and general contractors.
About the Program
The MDDP is an initiative to support developers advancing affordable, workforce, and community-based housing. Designed for mission-aligned but often under-resourced organizations, the program provides in-kind predevelopment services, one-on-one mentorship, and access to tools and training to help projects move from concept to construction. Participants engage in in-person trainings focused on finance, design, and construction, while also receiving access to playbooks, templates, and technical support. MDDP equips developers with the knowledge and resources to deliver high-impact housing through a modular approach.
