Ledlie Street is a two-home affordable homeownership development in Pittsburgh's Homewood neighborhood, delivered in partnership with Amani Christian Community Development Corporation. As the first homes built in Module's Pittsburgh Last Mile manufacturing facility, the project demonstrates how offsite construction can expand access to high-quality, energy-efficient housing while creating meaningful workforce development opportunities. Built on a 0.06-acre infill site, each three-bedroom, 1.5-bath home was designed using Module's Noble model and completed in just six months from groundbreaking to substantial completion.

Module provided design, manufacturing, and general contracting services, fabricating the homes in its Pittsburgh factory before transporting and assembling them on site. Much of the factory production and on-site finishing work was completed by employees from a local nonprofit trades organization serving individuals who face barriers to employment, extending the project's impact beyond housing production.

Supported by funding from the Federal Home Loan Bank, the Pennsylvania Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund, and the Urban Redevelopment Authority, Ledlie Street reflects the power of partnership in delivering affordable, for-sale housing while strengthening local workforce pathways.
