The Indy is Module’s one of our widest and more spacious models. Designed to fit on a wide lot, this model could work in a suburban setting or on a larger, urban lot. The first floor offers both a dining and living space while the second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (including a master suite).

 

With 1,550 sq. ft. for both floors, the Indy also has the option for a third floor that includes a large flex space and a roof deck.
