The Latham house was designed to comply with ADA standards. The owners built the house with the idea that their parents would move into it someday, so it needed to be accessible. Complete with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 880 square feet, this home was built using panelized construction and feels spacious despite its small footprint.
