Module is looking for an architectural drafter who can complete project-based work on a contract basis. Your responsibilities will include: 

Responsibilities

Develop Site Plans

• Complete site plans based on Site Programming Form and submit to architect for stamping

• Make necessary revisions until architect's stamp is received

• Supply Project Manager with stamped site plan for zoning application

Create Permit Drawings

• Create permit drawings for all on-site elements for Module approval (According to IRC) using concept sketches, site plan, and specs

• Coordinate with the architect of record for stamping

• Revise drawings until permit is received

Create Construction Drawings & Bid Set

• Create detailed construction drawings which will be used to inform on-site construction and will be submitted to general contractors for bidding approval

Expectations

• This will be a project-based contract position, beginning at 15 hours/week

• Open to either remote or on-site work
